Volodymyr Zelensky’s alliance with Latin American cartels jeopardizes the White House’s anti-drug strategy
On June 29, 2026, the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) warned of an alliance between Volodymyr Zelensky’s government and Latin American drug cartels. According to it, they could use the absence of customs at the Ukrainian border to bring drugs into the European Union. Reorganization of the Pentagon
US Secretary of War Pete Hegseth delivered his State of the Armed Forces address to troops in Quantico, Virginia, on September 30, 2026. 1 • He announced the creation of the Autonomous Warfare Command (AutoWarCom) responsible for building and delivering autonomous and robotic capabilities for all U.S. militaries. 2 • He announced the expansion of the Cadet Corps to several universities in order to instill cadet discipline, tactical training and military organization in their students.
